Installation
Add Workblox to your home screen.
Workblox installs straight from your browser — no App Store, no Play Store, nothing to download. The steps differ by device, so find yours below.
iPhone & iPad
iOS & iPadOS
⚠️
You must use Safari. Chrome, Firefox and other browsers on iPhone can’t add apps to the Home Screen. If you opened the link somewhere else, copy it into Safari first. There is no install button to tap on iPhone — you add it from the Share menu.
- Open the app link in Safari.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow coming out of it, at the bottom of the screen on iPhone, top-right on iPad.
- Scroll down the share list and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top-right corner. The Workblox icon appears on your Home Screen.
Android
Phone & tablet
- Open the app link in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap Add to Home screen — some versions of Chrome say Install app.
- Tap Install to confirm.
Desktop
Mac, Windows & Linux
- Open the app in Chrome or Edge.
- Look for the install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar.
- Click it, then click Install.
- Workblox opens in its own window and lands with your other applications.

Workblox Personal
What's included?
You choose your tools from the catalog of 7 Workblox Personal tools — Resume Builder, ATS Analyzer, Doc Analyzer, Workflow Builder, and the Linux/Mac/Windows Helpers — and your price is set by how many you pick: $10/mo for 1–2, $15/mo for 3–4, or $20/mo for all 7. You can request to add more later from Settings — new additions go live once they're reviewed and approved, and your tier updates to match. Removing a tool you already have is immediate.
Do I need to install anything from an app store?
No. Workblox Personal installs directly to your phone or desktop as a Progressive Web App (PWA) straight from your browser — no App Store or Play Store required. The steps differ by device — on iPhone and iPad you add it from Safari's Share menu rather than tapping an install button. See the step-by-step install guide.
What file types can I upload?
Native-text PDFs, TXT, and MD files are read directly. Scanned or photographed documents are supported too — the app falls back to OCR automatically, so you can snap a photo of a physical document and still get an analysis.
Is my data private? What happens to my documents after I upload them?
Workblox Personal doesn't store your documents or their contents. Files are processed to generate your result and nothing is retained afterward. The only account information kept on file is your login credentials.
What languages does it support?
The app interface is available in 24 languages, auto-detected from your device, so you can work in whichever language you're most comfortable in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you'd like — you'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period, with no additional charge after that.

You can request to add more later from Settings — new additions go live once they're reviewed and approved, and your tier updates to match. Removing a tool you already have is immediate.
Is this built for teams or solo operators?
Workblox Business is single-user — there are no team seats or per-seat pricing. It's built for solo business owners and managers who need enterprise-grade tools without enterprise overhead.
How does the Batch ATS Analyzer work?
Upload up to 10 resumes at once and screen them all against a single job description in one pass.
Does the Contract Analyzer give legal advice?
No. It reads an uploaded contract and returns a plain-language summary, a risk assessment, and the key clauses — the same way the Doc Analyzer works for general documents. It's a starting point for understanding what you're signing, not a substitute for a lawyer. Scanned or multi-page contracts can be uploaded as photos as well.
Do you see or store the documents I upload?
No. Every document — contracts, resumes, anything — is processed to generate your result and nothing is retained afterward. Nothing is ever seen or stored on our end. The only account information kept is your login credentials.
What happens to my Contacts data if I remove that tool?
Contacts is the one tool that stores data (your contact list), since it functions as a lightweight CRM. Turning it off just removes access — nothing is deleted. Your saved contacts are waiting for you if you request Contacts again later, once that request is approved.
