• Name and email address (at registration)
• Password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your plain-text password)
• Contact data you enter into Workblox Business (stored per your account)

Information collected automatically:

• Authentication tokens (stored locally on your device, not on our servers)
• Content moderation metadata — when our automated safety system flags a request, we log the category of the flag (e.g., "phishing") and a timestamp. We do not log your actual input text.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To authenticate your identity and maintain your account
• To send transactional emails (account verification, notifications)
• To enforce our Terms of Service and detect abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models.

The Service relies on the following third parties, each with their own privacy practices:

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
• If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Content moderation logs (category + timestamp only, never your input text) are retained for up to 12 months for security analysis, then deleted

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

The Service uses browser local storage (not cookies) to maintain your login session on your device. No third-party tracking cookies are used. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.
