Will your resume get past
the hiring software?

Many employers use software to screen resumes before a person reads them. Upload yours and get a score out of 100, the keywords you're missing for the job you want, and a ranked list of what to fix first.

From $10/mo. English and Spanish resumes. Your resume is never stored.

Everything a screening system looks for.

The score follows fixed rules, so the same resume always gets the same score — fix something, check again, and see exactly what changed.

Score out of 100

One number with a letter grade from A to F, so you know where you stand.

Keywords for your job

Pick your target job and see which of its keywords your resume has and which are missing.

Keyword breakdown

Technical skills, soft skills, action verbs and resume essentials — found and missing for each.

Contact check

Whether your email, phone, LinkedIn and city are where software can find them.

Resume sections

Summary, work experience, education, skills, certifications and more — which ones you have.

Measurable results

Whether your bullets include numbers, like “trained 6 new staff” or “cut wait times 20%”.

What to fix first

Recommendations ranked high, medium and low priority, so you start with what matters most.

Honest scoring

Hidden white or tiny text in a PDF or Word file is left out, so keyword stuffing can't inflate the score.

Common questions.

What is an ATS?
An applicant tracking system is software many employers use to collect and sort resumes. It reads your resume as text and looks for the skills and words that match the job, so a resume missing those words can be passed over before a person sees it.
Does a high score guarantee an interview?
No. Every employer's system and every hiring manager is different. The score shows how well your resume covers what screening systems commonly look for, and the recommendations show how to improve it.
Can I paste in a specific job posting?
Not in the ATS Analyzer. It checks your resume against one of 42 built-in jobs, or a general check if you don't pick one. Comparing several resumes against a full job description is a Workblox Business tool, the Batch ATS Analyzer.
What files and languages work?
PDF, Word (.docx), Apple Pages and TXT files up to 5 MB. Resumes written in English or Spanish can be scored. The app itself runs in 24 languages.
Do you store my resume?
No. Your resume is read to produce your score and nothing is kept afterward. See the Privacy Policy.
What does it cost?
The ATS Analyzer is part of Workblox Personal. You pick your tools and pay by how many: $10/mo for 1–2, $15/mo for 3–4, or $20/mo for 5–7, with a 7-day free trial.
