Terms of Service

By accessing or using Workblox or Workblox Business ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Workblox is an AI-powered productivity platform developed and operated by Torres Tech Remote. The Service provides AI-assisted tools for personal and business use, powered by third-party AI models including Anthropic's Claude API.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at children under 13.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
• Commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, identity theft, or financial crimes
• Generate, distribute, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is a zero-tolerance violation
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Spread disinformation, create fake identities, or conduct social engineering attacks
• Generate malware, exploit code, or tools designed to compromise systems
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's safety systems
• Resell or commercially redistribute access to the Service without written permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service beyond its intended use

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — verify before relying on it
• Nothing generated by the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or act on AI-generated content
• Torres Tech Remote makes no guarantees about the accuracy or fitness of AI output for any purpose

The Service, its design, and its software are owned by Torres Tech Remote. AI-generated content you produce using the Service may be used by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You retain ownership of content you input into the Service.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Torres Tech Remote reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

The Social Media Generator tool creates AI-generated content intended for publication on third-party social media platforms. By using this tool, you agree to the following:

• Platform compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of the platform(s) you post to (including but not limited to Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube). Torres Tech Remote is not liable for any account suspension, ban, or penalty imposed by a third-party platform.
• AI content disclosure. You are responsible for making any disclosures required by applicable platform rules or law regarding the AI-generated nature of your content. Some platforms and jurisdictions require explicit labeling of AI-generated posts, particularly in advertising contexts.
• Advertising and FTC compliance. If you use generated content for paid advertising, sponsored posts, or promotional material, you are responsible for compliance with applicable advertising laws and regulations, including U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on truthfulness, transparency, and endorsements. Torres Tech Remote does not review or approve content for regulatory compliance.
• No impersonation. You may not use the Social Media Generator to create content that impersonates another person, public figure, or brand, or that falsely implies endorsement by any individual or organization.

Torres Tech Remote is not responsible for how generated social media content is used, published, or received once it leaves the Service.

The following applies to tools available in the Workblox personal application:

• Resume Builder. AI-generated resumes are starting points for your own editing — not finished documents. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any resume or application material you submit to an employer. Do not use the Resume Builder to misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials. Torres Tech Remote is not liable for any outcome resulting from the use of AI-generated resume content in a job application.
• Workflow Builder and OS Helpers (Linux, Mac, Windows). These tools generate Python scripts and terminal commands based on your input. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and understanding any script or command before executing it on your system. Running AI-generated code carries inherent risk. Torres Tech Remote is not liable for any data loss, system damage, or unintended behavior resulting from executing AI-generated scripts or commands.
• Document Analyzer. Analysis of legal, financial, medical, or other professional documents is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. Do not rely on AI-generated document analysis for legal, medical, or financial decisions without independent professional review.

The following applies to tools available in the Workblox Business application:

• Hiring Manager, Batch ATS Analyzer, and Job Description Writer. You are solely responsible for ensuring that AI-generated hiring criteria, job descriptions, and evaluation materials comply with applicable employment laws, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and any applicable state or local employment regulations. AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified HR or legal professionals before use in a hiring process. Torres Tech Remote is not liable for any employment law violations arising from the use of these tools.
• Contract Analyzer. AI-generated contract analysis is not legal advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for review by a licensed attorney. You are responsible for all decisions made in connection with any contract.
• Ad Copy Writer. AI-generated advertising content must comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations, including U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on truthfulness, transparency, and endorsements. You are solely responsible for ensuring your ads are accurate, non-deceptive, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
• Policy Generator and SOP Generator. AI-generated business policies and standard operating procedures are drafts intended as a starting point. They must be reviewed and approved by qualified professionals — legal, HR, compliance, or operational — before being adopted or enforced within your organization. Torres Tech Remote is not liable for any harm resulting from implementing AI-generated policies without proper review.
• Review Request Email. You are responsible for ensuring that any review solicitation complies with applicable laws and platform rules, including FTC guidelines prohibiting incentivized or deceptive review practices. Do not use this tool to solicit fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews.
• Business Email Drafter and Customer Response Drafter. You are responsible for all communications sent using content generated by these tools. Review all generated content before sending. Torres Tech Remote is not liable for the content or consequences of any email or message you send.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
